My wife Beverly, 2 sons (Jefferson and Matthew), grandson George,

This site is set up to provide information that I have on my direct
Davis ancestors, related families and other families.  I will be adding
(updating) additional information to the site as times permits.  Many of
my ancestors came from MA, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, and VA.  The earliest Davis 
family found comes from Dallas, Lincoln (now Gaston) County, North Carolina 
around 1790.

Davis Family History was started by my grandfather Rev. Walter C. Davis DD,
continued by his brother Rev. Henry Grady Davis and Henry Grady Davis Jr.
with permission to reprint to continue our family History research and who
authored the Books:
